Spreading holiday cheer
Fellow Comrades and Sons, greetings in 2024!
As we ended 2023, we participated in several community-based partnerships to spread the mission and purpose of Ronald Reagan Palisades Post 283. In each of these collaborations we touched the lives of our Veterans, children, families, the underserved populations in Los Angeles and our homeless in Los Angeles County.
These types of opportunities involve our post Veterans and Sons giving of themselves selflessly in order to bring good news and well wishes to those that we touch on behalf of our Post. Thank you Post 283 and CHEERS as we look back and look forward.
One our partnership allowed us to give away food, clothes and toys to over 400 families in greater Los Angeles in partnership with The St. Paul Nehemiah Project. This three-day distribution involved Post members and community volunteers working side by side to be sure our children, seniors and families had support during this joyous time of this year.
