Chili Dogs and Community at July Lounge Night

American Legion Palisades Post 283 will host its monthly Lounge Night on Thursday, July 30, from 5 to 10 p.m.

Guests can enjoy an evening of conversation, camaraderie and freshly prepared chili dogs, as well as Chinese chicken salad. Non-gluten options will be available. Food service begins at 6 p.m. and will continue while supplies last.

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles will also join us for a brief presentation about its ongoing Palisades–Malibu wildfire recovery efforts. Representatives will discuss upcoming volunteer opportunities, including ways local residents can help rebuild and repair homes during Community Build Week, scheduled for Sept. 23–26.

The entry fee is $10 and will be donated to veterans charity of our choosing. Advance reservations help us prepare enough food for everyone.

Reservations close at noon on Wednesday, July 29.
