9/11 Tribute
This past September 11th, our community had a profound opportunity to honor the memory of those lost and pay tribute to our nation's heroes. We came together to welcome the Shepherd's Men as they completed their 22-mile journey through Los Angeles. This powerful act of remembrance carried a symbolic weight, both honoring the fallen and celebrating those who continue to serve.
The Shepherd's Men, a dedicated group of patriots, completed their journey to raise funds and awareness for the SHARE Military Initiative at Shepherd Center. This vital program provides life-saving care for veterans and first responders dealing with traumatic brain injuries. By funding this crucial treatment, the Shepherd's Men help heal the invisible wounds of service, empowering our heroes to reclaim their lives.
Our collective presence sent a powerful message of support and solidarity to those who have sacrificed so much for our country. We gathered for an afternoon of food and fellowship, recognizing their incredible effort and learning more about their mission.
